Residential Property Solicitor, Bedfordshire – An established high street law practice is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Property Solicitor with a minimum of 5+ years’ PQE to join its busy team. JOB TITLE: Residential Property Solicitor
PQE: 5+ years
LOCATION: Bedfordshire
SALARY: £40,000 - £55,000 DOE

THE ROLE:
The successful Residential Property Solicitor will be joining a thriving team, covering all aspects of residential property law where you will be responsible for your own varied caseload. This is being offered full time and ideally office based, however a hybrid working model may be considered for the right candidate (depending on experience).

THE CANDIDATE:
The appointed Solicitor must have a minimum of 5+ years’ PQE and be able to hit the ground running. You must possess a sound knowledge and understanding of residential property law and be able to manage and adhere to deadlines. Excellent communication skills are essential, together with being organised and efficient to ensure client needs are met.
