JOB TITLE: Property Litigation Lawyer
PQE: 2+
LOCATION: Birmingham

THE ROLE:
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join a reputable practice and deal with a full and varied caseload of real estate disputes. Working closely with the partners and senior colleagues, you will be dealing with a variety of matters relating to property litigation including commercial property disputes along with some residential and agricultural disputes. The work will include dealing with forfeiture work, lease renewals, rent reviews, restrictive covenants and adverse possession.

THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal Property Litigation Solicitor will have had at least 2 years of post-qualification experience gained working in a strong, property litigation department. They should have a solid understanding of property law and have excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, as well as being passionate about continuing to develop their career in this area of law. If you are innovative and driven with a passion to develop a successful career within this area of law, then this could be the role you have been searching for.
