JOB TITLE: Residential Property Legal Executive/Conveyancer/Paralegal
PQE REQUIRED: 1-4 years' experience
LOCATION: London
SALARY: £26,000-£32,000

SUMMARY:
A Residential Property Solicitor/Legal Executive/Conveyancer is sought by this respected West End law firm. This role requires a candidate with stellar residential property expertise including extensive experience dealing high net worth clients and high value property transactions. The appointed Residential Property Solicitor/Legal Executive/Conveyancer will have the capability to manage their own caseload of residential property files, to include but not restricted to:-
• right to buy;
• sales;
• purchases;
• equity releases and; re-mortgages.

The ideal Residential Property Legal Executive/Conveyancer/Paralegal will have a minimum of 12 months’ hands-on experience handling files from initial instruction through to completion.
