JOB TITLE: Corporate & Commercial Solicitor - Locum
PQE: 3+
LOCATION: 100% Remote Working
HOURLY RATE: £Competitive

THE ROLE:
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Locum Corporate & Commercial Solicitor to provide ongoing support to this reputable law firm. You will be handling a wide range of corporate & commercial transactions to include, corporate acquisitions, commercial contract negotiation, corporate restructuring/reorganisation and drafting and negotiating commercial contracts. The role can be completed remotely and the successful candidate will only be working 2 days a week initially, however this may increase further down the line.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors who have around 3+ years PQE advising clients in all areas of corporate & commercial law. You will have exceptional communication and client handling skills, with the ability to deal with clients from a wide range of business sectors. You will be confident in handling a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions, with the ability to apply your existent skills and technical knowledge to this role.
