JOB TITLE: Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 3 + years’

OVERVIEW:
A wonderful opportunity has arisen for a Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor to join the conveyancing team of this Essex based firm. Th appointed individual will work closely with the team on a busy caseload of lease extensions, lease renewals, collective enfranchisement.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• A minimum of 3 years’ PQE
• Experience in both complex residential conveyancing and leasehold enfranchisement
• Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
• The ability to handle a busy caseload in a fast-paced environment with little supervision
• The ability to work cohesively with a friendly and personable team
