Civil Litigation Lawyer, Norfolk, 5+ PQE – An experienced Civil Litigation Lawyer is sought after to join this long-established firm and deal with a full and varied caseload of civil litigation matters. OVERVIEW:
• Our Client has a reputation of offering quality advice across a range of legal services with a personal and friendly approach.
• The caseload will be diverse and the appointed Civil Litigation Lawyer will be expected to advise on all types of litigation matters including contract disputes, debt collection, commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes, professional negligence and employment matters.
• Applications are sought from Civil Litigation Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 5 Years PQE
• You will be responsible for dealing with all types of civil litigation including but not limited to professional negligence, inheritance issues, property disputes and contract disputes.
• Experience of supervising a team is advantageous.
• The successful Civil Litigation Lawyer will be joining an expanding and busy office where you will be encouraged to develop new business into the firm.
• You will show a willingness to continue to expand their technical knowledge and commercial awareness with a keen focus on delivering excellent service to clients.
• On offer for the successful Civil Litigation Solicitor is a diverse caseload and full secretarial support.
• Salary will be dependent on experience.
