JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Lawyer
PQE: 2+
LOCATION: Suffolk
SALARY: Up to circa £70,000 (dependent on experience and skills)

THE ROLE:
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join a leading and highly rated commercial property team in Suffolk. If you are looking for a role where you handle a full and varied caseload of matters including landlord and tenant, sales and purchase and also assist on larger transactions then we would be keen to hear from you. With a strong local reputation and excellent client relationships, the appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will be joining an established team who are keen to strengthen their presence within the Suffolk market.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will either be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 2 years PQE in dealing with your own caseload of commercial property transactions. You will ideally possess the ability to come in and hit the ground running as the team are continuing to receive a number of new instructions are increasingly busy. Ideal Commercial Property Solicitors will have gained experience within a reputable practice recognised for their commercial property / real estate offerings.
