OVERVIEW:
• A superb opportunity for a Property Lawyer to join an established team and deal with a varied caseload of commercial property matters.
• The role will be focused on commercial property matters including commercial leases / occupiers, grant of easements, freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, and option agreements along with some exposure to agriculture and development matters
• You will require a good working knowledge and exposure to all types of commercial property transactions
• Ideally the appointed Commercial Property Lawyer will have gained experience from a highly regarded law firm renowned for their commercial property offerings in the Legal Directories
• Must have the capability to manage own caseload of commercial property transactions along with some agricultural matters.
• Proven technical expertise in advising on all aspects of commercial property work landlord and tenant, leasehold and freehold matters, leases and development work along with some agriculture work
• The role offers good quality of work, within a friendly and supportive work environment
• Flexible working potentially available along with a competitive salary.
