Commercial Solicitor, NQ+ Years PQE, Manchester, National Law Firm – A new opportunity for a Commercial Solicitor with commensurate experience to focus on undertaking legal due diligence for the Corporate Teams. OVERVIEW:
• You will be joining expanding commercial team, advising on full range of contract issues
• Work will include undertaking legal due diligence, including commercial supply chain contracts, IT contracts, Intellectual property, Information governance and report writing.
• You will have good experience of drafting and negotiating contracts as a means to understand and be familiar with the essential structure and terms from a due diligence perspective
• You will have proven ability and desire to assist the wider team on non-legal due diligence matters of a general commercial contract, data protection and intellectual property nature.
• It is essential that you have demonstrable experience and interest in information governance, as well as a clear focus on delivering the best quality of service to all clients
