JOB TITLE: Residential Property Solicitor/Licenced Conveyancer/Legal Executive
PQE: 2+ years
LOCATION: Bedfordshire
SALARY: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE

THE ROLE:
The successful Residential Property Solicitor/Licenced Conveyancer/Legal Executive will have a minimum of 2+ years’ PQE. Reporting to the Head of Department you will have solid experience across the residential conveyancing spectrum, particularly freehold and leasehold sales and purchasing, re-mortgages, shared ownership schemes, Rights to Buy, transfer of equity and lease extensions.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will have a minimum of 2+ years’ PQE and have proven experience of handling your own caseload and generate fees in accordance with agreed targets together with the ability to adhere to and manage deadlines. Up to date knowledge and skills in compliance, with continuing professional development, CQS and internal training expectations. Case management experience is desirable but not essential. Strong drafting and writing skills, together with excellent communication and technical ability is essential in order to deliver outstanding client care in accordance with SRA.
