OVERVIEW:
• This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive to take on a varied caseload of Industrial Disease cases.
• Applications are welcomed with a minimum of 1 Years PQE with a track record of specialising in claimant industrial disease matters.
• Your caseload will be varied and will see you advising clients on lower value multi-track disease cases and more complex non-portal fast-track work, under supervision.
• The successful candidate will get the opportunity to work on an interesting caseload of matters to include, hand arm vibration, noise induced hearing loss and work-related upper limb disorders.
• You must be passionate about assisting with the growth of this busy department and keen to develop their career with this thriving firm.
• You will be committed to understanding client’s requirements in order to provide accurate and effective advice.
• Applicants must be confident self-starts and have a flexible approach to working.
