JOB TITLE:                  Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED:          3+
LOCATION:                  York
HOURLY RATE:            Hourly rate/pro-rata salary
 
THE ROLE:
The appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will be expected to cover a broad caseload of Commercial Property matters whilst the current postholder is on maternity leave. The caseload will include matters such as commercial sales and purchases, leases and landlord and tenant work. This role is to commence in September 2022 for a period of 9 months.
 
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from qualified Solicitors who have upwards of 3 years’ experience of handling their own varied caseload of Commercial Property matters. Commercial Property Solicitors hoping to be considered for this position must be confident in their ability to pick up on an existing caseload and work under minimal supervision. The successful Commercial Property Solicitor must be committed to working from this firm’s office in York.
