JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancing Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 2+
LOCATION: East Lincolnshire
SALARY: up to c£45,000 (£DOE)

THE ROLE:
An exciting new opportunity has become available for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with upwards of 2 years’ experience in Residential Conveyancing. The appointed Residential Conveyancer will be able to handle their own varied caseload of matters including but not limited to, freehold, leasehold, remortgages, transfers of equity and new build development work. You will be providing an excellent and responsive service to clients in all aspects of residential conveyancing.

THE CANDIDATE:
We are keen to hear from Residential Conveyancing Solicitors with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in handling their own caseload of residential property matters. As a Residential Conveyancer, you must have a keen eye for detail and be able to work under minimal supervision. The successful candidate will have good organisational and communication and be comfortable working within a team to achieve practice area goals.
