HOURLY RATE:            up to £55 p/hour
 
THE ROLE:
This Legal 500 recognised firm are seeking the addition of a locum Construction Solicitor to support them during a period of permanent recruitment. This role will see the successful Construction Solicitor overseeing their own caseload of non-contentious matters, acting on behalf of a mixture of private & public sector bodies, owners, occupiers, investors, funders and both main contractors and sub-contractors. This firm act for clients in a range of sectors to include health, education, sport & leisure and commercial retail, to name a few.
 
This role can be conducted on a 100% remote working basis and falls within IR35.
 
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from qualified Solicitors with upwards of 5 years’ PQE and experience of non-contentious construction work. This firm are also keen to hear from Solicitors who have some experience of dispute resolution in construction however this is by no means an essential requirement for this role. Construction Solicitors wishing to be considered for this position will be available at short notice on an ongoing basis.
