OVERVIEW:
• A reputable and leading practice in Suffolk is keen to recruit an additional Commercial Property Solicitor to support their ongoing growth plans within their real estate team.
• This progressive law firm is continuing to go to strength to strength and as a result they are keen to appoint like-minded ambitious individuals who are keen to progress and make their mark within a supportive and growing practice.
• The appointed Commercial Property Lawyer will be expected to grow and develop the commercial property offerings and be responsible or their own caseload of matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchase, property refinances, landlord and tenant matters as well as property due diligence.
• Applications are welcomed from Solicitors or Legal Executives who have 3+ years’ experience in handling their own mixed caseload of all aspects of commercial property matters.
• You will possess strong technical expertise along with the confidence to build and develop relationships with clients and colleagues.
• You will have the opportunity to play an active and key role in the future direction of the firm.
• This role would someone who is self-sufficient and is open minded to working across offices to support the growth of the commercial property offerings.
