JOB TITLE: Property Litigation Solicitor
PQE: 3 + years
LOCATION: East Sussex
SALARY: £45,000 - £55,000

THE ROLE:
The appointed Property Litigation Solicitor will be responsible for their own caseload, reporting directly to the Partners of the team and working with their national client base. You will be advising on long leasehold matters and tenancy issues including residential and business tenancies, conducting possession claims, drafting notices, real estate litigation, professional negligence claims relating to property matters and other general property litigation matters.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will have a minimum of 3 years’ PQE and have a solid knowledge of the property litigation field. This is a busy role so you will need to possess excellent organisational and communication skills and be able to prioritise workload accordingly. It is essential that you can demonstrate previous experience in this area of law.
