JOB TITLE: Commercial Contracts Lawyer
PQE: 0-5 years PQE
LOCATION: Tyne & Wear
SALARY: up to c£58,000 DOE

THE ROLE:
If you have a client focused approach and are looking for a firm which has ambition and energy, then this is the role for you! The successful candidate will be joining a leading practice working on a varied caseload but with a particular focus on technology and digital businesses. A typical day will see you drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts, including but not limited to outsourcing and procurement, health and care services contracts, IT outsourcing and cloud arrangements and logistics and warehousing. You will be technically strong, and highly proficient in your provision of creative and commercially viable solutions to varied legal challenges.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors who have up to 5 years’ PQE dealing with a wide range of commercial contract matters. You will be a driven, determined and commercially minded Solicitor with a proven track record of thriving in challenging and dynamic legal environments. You will have previous experience in contract drafting across a range of commercial contract types, with a preference of those relating to technology. You will be proactive in your involvement with business development initiatives and dedicated to promoting the firm’s image both in and out of the workplace.
