JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancing Solicitor
PQE: 3+ years
LOCATION: East Sussex
SALARY: £45,000 - £55,000 DOE

THE ROLE:
The appointed Residential Conveyancing Solicitor will join this busy residential conveyancing team and will be responsible for their own caseload together with providing assistance to senior colleagues where necessary. You will be dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing, liaising with clients efficiently and effectively whilst offering a quality service. We are advised by our client that that they would also consider a Conveyancing Executive for this hybrid working role.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will have a minimum of 3 years’ PQE and committed to a career in law. The successful candidate will need to be energetic, focussed and be able to prioritise and manage and their caseload. You should be confident in advising on all residential conveyancing matters and possess excellent communication and organisational skills.
