JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancing Solicitor
PQE: 4+ years
LOCATION: Essex
SALARY: £45,000 - £60,000 (DOE)

THE ROLE:
This succession opportunity has become available for a Residential Conveyancer to work closely with a senior Solicitor. The successful candidate will need to continue to build and expand on existing relationships whilst managing a busy residential caseload. This is a full-time role based in Essex, however there may be some flexibility for the appointed Conveyancer to work from home.

THE CANDIDATE:
Covering all areas of residential law, you will ideally have 4+ years’ PQE however we are advised by our client that they would consider a Licenced Conveyancer/Conveyancing Executive/Legal Executive. You will have a strong background of residential property law together with experience of handling a large caseload with a customer service focus and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Someone who enjoys marketing and business development would be advantageous as this role may demand this at times. Experience of using the SOLCASE case management system would also be an advantage.
