THE ROLE:
This role is available to join a thriving and motivated team within a highly regarded organisation, in the regulatory field. The purpose of this role is to provide general administrative support across the investigations and enforcement department. In this role as a Legal Assistant/Paralegal, your key duties will include, processing incoming and outgoing mail, audio typing, preparing hearing bundles, arranging instruction to counsel, drafting letters, processing/handling invoices and purchase orders and the answering of routine telephone enquiries. You will also be responsible for the updating and maintain of a case management system, ensuring that appropriate actions are logged against respective cases. This role offers exceptional exposure for those building their regulatory career and looking to take on further responsibility.

THE CANDIDATE:
As an experienced Legal Assistant/Paralegal, it is expected that you will have approximately 12 months experience within a similar role, regulatory experience is desired however this is not essential. Your enviable administration and diary management skills will allow you to quickly become a key member of this team. You must be a clear and effective communicator, who is able to work both independently and as part of a team, to deliver consistent results whilst supporting the departments. The appointed candidate must possess at least 5 GCSE’s graded A* to C including both Maths and English.
