THE ROLE:
An excellent opportunity has become available for a talented Commercial Property Solicitor to handle a varied caseload under minimal supervision. Are you an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer frustrated in your current role in your current firm? Due to expansion, this leading Top 200 regional law firm is looking to recruit Commercial Property Solicitors or Legal Executives into their team. Keen to develop their commercial property offerings, the appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will be able to deal with their own full and varied caseload of commercial property matters including landlord and tenant matters, leases, acquisitions and disposals, property development and licences.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will be able to demonstrate a strong track record in dealing with a varied caseload of commercial property matters. Ideal Commercial Property Lawyers will have at least 3 years PQE in dealing with all types of commercial property matters including landlord and tenant matters, development and investment matters as well as general commercial property matters.

With a strong presence within the property sector, this opportunity offers the successful Commercial Property a superb platform to really develop their career with a challenging and varied caseload.
