OVERVIEW:
• This successful, Top 100 law firm is currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Litigator to join the team.
• This opportunity will suit a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with at least 8 years’ PQE in commercial disputes.
• You will have a proven track record in a wide range of disputes including contract and shareholder, property, finance, professional negligence, insolvency and contentious probate matters.
• Joining a team of litigators, you will be responsible for a varied caseload of commercial disputes and take on a key role in the ongoing growth and development of the department.
• This position is ideal for an existing partner seeking a new challenge, or an ambitious, experienced litigation looking for an opportunity to progress into a partnership role.
• You can expect a competitive salary and benefits package that includes a generous bonus scheme.
• The firm are set up to offer hybrid working arrangements, enabling part of the week working from home.
• A following is advantageous, but not essential.
