JOB TITLE: Banking Solicitor
PQE: NQ – 2+ years
LOCATION: London
SALARY: £55,000 - £65,000 (DOE)

THE ROLE:
The successful Banking Solicitor will deal with a mixed bag of transactions from a wide range of aspects, including domestic and international banking for a broad range of lenders including clearing banks, investment and merchant banks, mezzanine and non-institutional funders. You will also act for borrowers including housing associations, universities and colleges and private and public companies. The role will also require you to operate across a wide range of disciplines including corporate and transactional banking, management buy-outs, asset finance, trade finance, insolvency and restricting and financial services regulation.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will have between 2 – 4 years’ high calibre banking and finance experience. Exceptional in-house candidates will also be considered. You will need to be technically competent, with good written and verbal communication skills together with being a motivated team player with a good commercial awareness.
