JOB TITLE: Corporate Solicitor
PQE: 1-6 +years
LOCATION: Berkshire
SALARY: £45,000 - £65,000 (DOE)

THE ROLE:
Working on a broad variety of matters, the successful Corporate Solicitor will be focussing on advising on private equity matters, disposals and acquisitions of private companies and assets, mergers & acquisitions, JV’s, private equity investments, public company takeovers, capital markets listings/IPO’s, group restructurings and institutional equity issues.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will have between 1 and 6 years’ PQE and relevant experience gained within a recognised firm, together with strong technical expertise, good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels. You must be approachable with excellent self-motivation and the ability to assume responsibility for your own matters.
