JOB TITLE: Construction Solicitor (Non-Contentious)
PQE: 5+ years
LOCATION: Berkshire
SALARY: £60,000 - £75,000 (DOE)

THE ROLE:
Located within Berkshire this construction team, the role mainly consists of drafting and negotiating bespoke amendments, reviewing bonds, warranties, guarantees and consultant appointments and reliance letters. You will also be drafting and reviewing development agreements.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Construction Solicitor will have over 5 years’ PQE. Experience of contentious construction work would be beneficial (but not essential) together with knowledge of all major standard form contracts, particularly JCT and NEC. Knowledge of UK procurement legislation would also be a plus. You will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work unsupervised and have the ability and willingness to play an active role in business development.
