JOB TITLE: Commercial Solicitor
PQE: 1-5 + years
LOCATION: Berkshire
SALARY: £45,000 - £65,000 (DOE)

THE ROLE:
The appointed Commercial Solicitor will be involved in all matters pertaining to commercial law, including drafting and negotiating contracts of various sizes and values, IT contracts, outsourcing agreements, wide range of commercial contracts including matters relating to commercial trading agreements.

THE CANDIDATE:
A good knowledge and grounding in commercial law is a must, together with a genuine interest in this area of law. You will need to be comfortable drafting and negotiating contracts and have a keen interest to develop your skills. You will possess a strong technical competence together with self-motivation and a commercial awareness and able to build client rapport and confidence easily.
