THE ROLE:
This full service law firm is looking to appoint a knowledgeable Commercial Property Solicitor to join the booming commercial property department and manage a varied caseload of commercial property transactions. The appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will be advising on all aspects of commercial property law including secured lending, landlord and tenant, options, development and acquisitions. The commercial property department provides a full range of property services to a diverse client base including land agents, local authorities and other occupiers of commercial properties.

THE CANDIDATE:
The firm are looking for a commercial property solicitor to join their expanding team. You must have solid technical property skills and a proactive, commercial approach. This is a growth area of the firm and they are looking for someone with the initiative and enthusiasm to build strong client relationships and to develop the business.
