Residential Conveyancer - Locum, South Wales – Hybrid working available, 3+ PQE. A well-regarded firm are actively seeking the addition of a Locum Residential Conveyancer to join their property team. JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer – Locum
LOCATION: Monmouthshire, South Wales
PQE: 3+
HOURLY RATE: £30 - £35 (£DOE)

THE ROLE:
This role would suit a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with upwards of 3 years' experience in dealing with a full range of residential conveyancing matters. The appointed Residential Conveyancer will be able to come in and hit the ground running taking on their own caseload of matters to include, sales, re-mortgages, freehold and lease hold work and new plot purchases. You will be providing an excellent and responsive service to clients in all aspects of residential conveyancing. Ideally this role will be office based with free car parking available however our client is able to accommodate hybrid working if that is better suited to the candidate.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with upwards of 3 years’ experience within Residential Conveyancing. It is desired that you will have some Commercial Property experience, however this is not essential. You will have a self-starting approach to tasks and projects, with the ability to work on your own initiative. You must have a keen eye for detail and be able to work under minimal supervision, good organisational and communication skills are essential to be successful in this role.
