JOB TITLE: Corporate and Commercial Solicitor
PQE: 1 – 6 years
LOCATION: Buckinghamshire
SALARY:   £45,000- £65,000

THE ROLE:
The successful Corporate and Commercial Solicitor would be joining a friendly and cohesive team providing business advice and guidance on a wide range of matters from transactional corporate matters to commercial contracts and business share sales and acquisitions. You will be given the opportunity to handle some of your own cases with support as needed from other experienced Solicitors within the team.

THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate would possess an excellent technical ability, hardworking and bright with exceptional communication skills and initiative. You will work with direct exposure to this firm’s wide variety of clients ranging from overseas businesses with a UK presence and mid-tier corporates.
