JOB TITLE: Property Litigation Solicitor
NQ:           NQ – 4+
LOCATION: Buckinghamshire
SALARY:     £42,000- £55,000

THE ROLE:
This exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Litigation Solicitor in this top tier rated commercial dispute resolution team. You will be handling a busy and varied caseload which would include 1954 Act renewals, leasehold enfranchisements, residential and commercial debt recovery and landlord and tenant disputes.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will be NQ - 4+ and possess a good grounding in property litigation with good client liaison and interpersonal skills. You will need to organise and prioritise a busy and varied caseload so a methodical approach and orderly work ethic would be beneficial.
