SALARY: up to £39,000 (£DOE)

THE ROLE:
This exceptional opportunity has arisen with a highly recognised organisation for a talented Solicitor to play a pivotal role in providing expert technical and professional guidance. The purpose of this role is to provide first contact risk-based guidance via written correspondence and on the telephone advising on a variety of matters. A typical day will see the successful candidate investigating and making decisions on applications to remove residual balances and investigating and drafting reports. This is a great opportunity for the successful candidate to further develop their skill set and understanding within Regulatory Law. The role is offered on a 12-month FTC, commencing asap. You will be Birmingham based 1-2 days per week and the rest can be completed from home if the candidates wishes.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will be an individual who is seeking a fantastic work/life balance whilst getting the upmost job satisfaction within a highly regarded organisation. You will be a qualified solicitor with upwards of 3 years’ experience within a regulatory field, experience gained within a private practice is also essential. Applications are encouraged from Solicitors that have experience in any discipline, however the role is particularly suited to those from a Residential Conveyancing or Crime background. You will be an enthusiastic and driven individual who excels in giving expert technical and professional advice.
