JOB TITLE: Property Litigation Solicitor
PQE: 4 + year’s
LOCATION: Berkshire
SALARY: £65,000 - £85,000 (DOE) + Benefits

THE ROLE:
The successful Property Litigation Solicitor will be covering all aspects of property litigation within the firm’s residential property litigation team as a specialist landlord and tenant Solicitor.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will be experienced in dealing with leasehold enfranchisement, lease extensions, right to merge companies, advising and acting on and interpretation and breach of covenants in long residential leases and advising on service matters, s20 consultations and s27A proceedings before the First Tier Tribunal. A 2:1 degree or higher together with a Distinction in GDL/LPC is preferred.
