JOB TITLE: Family Lawyer - Locum
PQE REQUIRED: 3+ PQE
LOCATION: Warwickshire
HOURLY RATE: £30 - £40 (£DOE)

THE ROLE:
This charity based law firm has an exceptional opportunity available for a talented Locum Family Lawyer with upwards of 3 years’ experience managing their own caseload of purely legal aid matters under minimal supervision. The successful Locum Family Lawyer will be providing advice on relationship breakdowns, domestic violence, children disputes, non-molestation orders, cohabitation and financial settlement matters. You will be providing advice to vulnerable members of the public so it’s important that you provide helpful support and well-informed advice efficiently whilst being sympathetic and approachable. You will be able to commence the role immediately and will work on an on-going basis expected to last for a minimum of 4-months, the successful candidate will work from the client’s office in Warwickshire. This role is offered on a hybrid basis.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives who will have a self-starting approach to tasks and projects, with the ability to work on your own initiative. The ideal candidate must be resilient, hardworking, and passionate and will have gained at least 3 years’ + experience in this area of law.
