JOB TITLE: Civil Litigation Solicitor - Locum
PQE REQUIRED: 5+ years
LOCATION: 100% Remote Working
HOURLY RATE: Up to £40.00 (Inside IR35)

THE ROLE:
This large London Council are seeking a Civil Litigation Solicitor to work with them on an ongoing locum basis. The role will be varied and will require the appointed Civil Litigation Solicitor to be confident in their ability to conduct a file from start to finish. A typical day will see you advising clients on a full remit of Civil Litigation matters to include housing, homelessness and licensing and more complex corporate projects. You will be responsible for also providing professional support, supervision and development to more junior members of the team.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will have in excess of 5 years PQE working as a Civil Litigation Solicitor. You will be a professional who can offer quality and proficient advice on Civil Litigation matters. Ideally you will have experience of working within the public sector and an understanding of working well within a team. Some experience of managing a team would be an advantage.
