OVERVIEW:
• This top 100, national firm is seeking a self-motivated Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join its highly regarded and expanding clinical negligence team.
• You will be responsible for handling your own busy caseload of clinical negligence matters.
• You will be defending claims for NHS Resolution on a mixed range of high value and complex cases and acting for a wide range of long standing clients in both the public and private sector
• Applications are sought from driven Clinical Negligence Solicitors, with up to around 5 years’ PQE in clinical negligence matters, with some litigation experience and ideally acting for defendants
• Recently qualified Solicitors who have completed at least 1 seat in defendant clinical negligence work are invited to apply.
• You must be able to demonstrate an excellent academic background together with first-rate technical expertise and client care capabilities.
• Actively participating in business development, you will assume a proactive role managing the firm’s reputation both in and out of work.
