Family Lawyer NQ-5 years, to be based in Norfolk, attracting a salary of up to £40,000 (DOE) plus extensive benefits. An opportunity has arisen within an expanding family law team for a Solicitor or Legal Executive to deal with a broad range of family matters including divorce, financial remedy, separation, children’s arrangements and private child law, cohabitation disputes. FAMILY SOLICITOR/LEGAL EXECUTIVE:
Ideal Family Lawyers will have proven technical expertise across all aspects of privately funded family law matters. Applications are welcomed from Solicitors and Legal Executives with up to 5 years PQE and the ability to build and develop excellent relationships. Ideal Family Lawyers will have experience of dealing with divorce, financial remedy, private law Children Act cases, separation agreements and pre/post nuptial agreements. If you have a real passion to specialise within this area of law and have gained experience in a national or regional firm we would be keen to hear from you.
