JOB TITLE: Personal Injury Lawyer (Fee Earner)
PQE REQUIRED: 1+ PQE
LOCATION: Norfolk
SALARY: £DOE

OVERVIEW:
• Due to expansion, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Personal Injury Fee Earner to join a well-regarded team to deal with fast-track RTA matters.
• The appointed Personal Injury Fee Earner will have a strong working knowledge of MOJ RTA portal claims on behalf of motorcycle personal injury claims.
• Ideal Personal Injury Fee Earners will have proven expertise in dealing with your own caseload of matters.
• Suitable Personal Injury Fee Earners will possess the ability to liaise with Insurers, Solicitors and Client’s as well as draft schedules of loss and court proceedings.
• Ideally you will have litigation experience and experience of MOJ RTA matters.
• The successful Personal Injury Fee Earner will be handling claims from beginning to end and be joining as a Paralegal, Claims Handler, Legal Executive or Solicitor.
• Salary will be up to circa £35,000 dependent on experience and a fantastic opportunity to join a busy practice within the multi-track / serious injury department.
