JOB TITLE: Property Litigation Lawyer
PQE REQUIRED: 3+ PQE

THE ROLE:
Leading full-service law firm with an outstanding reputation is looking to grow the real estate litigation department through the appointment of a skilled and talented Property Litigator. Working within a strong real estate litigation team, the appointed Property Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive can expect to handle a varied caseload of matters including high value disputes for commercial tenants, private landlord and investor landlords. As the chosen Property Litigation Lawyer, you will be gaining exposure to a broad caseload of work including commercial and residential property litigation. The successful Property Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive will have gained some experience in various types of property disputes including boundary disputes, leasehold enfranchisement, residential possessions, Rent Act matters, easement disputes and other property litigation matters to name but a few.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from individuals who can demonstrate a strong track record in dealing with property litigation within a leading and reputable practice. Suitable Property Litigation Lawyers will have experience of managing their own caseload of real estate disputes, ideally with a residential focus. Suitable Property Litigation Lawyers will have at least 3 years PQE of advising on a broad range of matters and be looking for close knit team where you be involved in a varied caseload of high-quality matters which covers the UK.
