JOB TITLE: Commercial Real Estate Lawyer
PQE REQUIRED: NQ+ years' PQE
LOCATION: Northamptonshire
SALARY: £40,000-£70,000 plus attractive benefits

THE ROLE:
This successful and fast growing firm are currently looking for a Commercial Real Estate Lawyer to join their progressive department. The Commercial Real Estate Solicitor will cover a variety of standard sales and purchases, Landlord and Tenant and some development work in addition to complex transactional matters. You will be joining a highly competent team and have access to a shared facility of secretarial support and case management system. Experience of Acquisition and Disposals, Development, Leases, Pension Property Purchases, Planning, environmental and construction along with residential development and Property Finance is required.

THE CANDIDATE:
Suitable candidates will display NQ+ years' PQE and must be comfortable operating under their own autonomy but will also be an integral part of a larger firm-wide team. You will act for property investors, developers, banks and occupiers, this highly experienced team of real estate lawyers provide specialist advice and negotiation skills across a wide range of commercial real estate transactions

Their Northampton office is enjoying considerable growth which, coupled with an existing need to recruit has created the opening for a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor and contribute to their continuing success.
