THE ROLE:
An opportunity has arisen within a top 200 law firm in Cambridgeshire for an experienced Construction Lawyer to undertake a varied construction with a focus on non-contentious construction related matters. As the appointed Construction Solicitor, you will be negotiating and drafting documentation, advising on guarantees, and engineering contracts to name but a few of the duties. In addition to handling your own caseload of matters you will also be expected to play an active role in business development and further developing the profile of the team and firm within the local market.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from experienced Construction Solicitors’ who have a proven track record of handling their own busy caseload of construction matters mainly non contentious construction matters. You will have a strong commercial awareness along with excellent problem-solving skills and the desire to specialise within this area of law. The ability to adapt to a broad range of situations and circumstances whilst remaining calm under pressure is key to being successful in this role.

A reputable and leading practice with an excellent reputation for the services they provide across a variety of legal matters. Salary will be dependent on experience.
