CORPORATE SOLICITOR:

The role based in Buckinghamshire will involve 3 days in office and 2 days at home. The firm is looking for a highly motivated individual with a desire to progress whilst working within a collaborative environment. You will be enthusiastic, ambitious and committed to delivering exceptional services to clients. The work is varied and with transactions ranging in value from £60,000 to £200 million. The team acts for family businesses, management teams, financial institutions, banks, multi-national corporations and listed companies. The work will be a mixed bag of corporate work including but not limited to sales and purchases of businesses, management buy-outs and buy-ins, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, business start-ups and private equity transactions.
