JOB TITLE: Real Estate Finance Lawyer (Partner or Senior Associate)
PQE: 10 + Years PQE
LOCATION: Cambridgeshire
SALARY: Dependent on experience!

THE ROLE:
Are you a frustrated Senior Associate looking for the next step in your career or an experienced Partner looking for somewhere where your ideas will be supported and encouraged? An opportunity has arisen within a leading practice who are keen to expand their real estate offerings through the appointment of a skilled and ambitious Real Estate Finance Lawyer. You will be well versed in all aspects of real estate finance and be a recognised for the excellent service you provide within this area of law. You will have the opportunity to really make your mark and build a team around you.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Real Estate Finance Lawyer will have at least 10 years’ experience gained experience either in a leading national law firm or in a regional practice. You will be an astute expert whose experience has included advising lenders on a range of real estate finance related matters. Determined and passionate you will be a keen business developer who will be looking to progress their career and will have built a portfolio of long-established clients who will be only too happy to instruct you on future matters. Your reputation in the market will be second to none and you will be in a position where you are a known name. The appointed Real Estate Finance Lawyer will be expected to handle their own caseload of real estate transactions and have proven managerial and supervisory skills.
