JOB TITLE: Residential Development Solicitor
PQE: 1+ PQE
LOCATION: Cambridge
SALARY: Dependent on experience

OVERVIEW:
• Perfect opportunity for someone with a passion to specialise within residential development matters in the Cambridge area
• Supporting the highly experienced Partner, you will be dealing with the broad spectrum that is residential development including advising landowners, property developers and construction clients on all aspects of the development process.
• This role will suit ambitious Residential Development Solicitor with at least one years PQE
• Ideal Lawyers will have solid development experience with experience of dealing with land acquisitions and disposals and strategic land transactions.
• You will have good client and team communication skills, excellent drafting and negotiation skills and a desire to play a key role in the future of the team.
• Above all, you will be able to deliver succinct, quality and tailored advice to key clients.
• You will also be able to demonstrate the ability to work both autonomously and as a team player and will have high levels of motivation.
• Flexible working is available along with genuine prospects for career development and a competitive salary which is dependent on experience.
