OVERVIEW:
• Due to an increase in new instructions, the private client department is looking to recruit an additional Private Client Lawyer to manage a demanding caseload of private client matters.
• The chosen Private Client Lawyer will be responsible for an existing caseload to include Lasting Powers of Attorney, Wills, Court of Protection and Tax planning.
• Working alongside the Head of Department and together with other members of the team, you will be gaining exposure to wide and varied caseload of private client matters as well as working on behalf of a diverse client base.
• Ideal Private Client Lawyers will be STEP qualified and possess a minimum of 4 years PQE in handling all types of private client matters.
• Applications are welcomed from Legal Executives or qualified Solicitors who are able to demonstrate strong technical expertise in all areas of private client law.
• The appointed Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive will be able to provide assistance on Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Court of Protection matters and Tax Planning.
• As a full-service law firm, they provide expert knowledge to clients including but not limited to local, national and overseas clients.
