REAL ESTATE SOLICITOR:
This leading, national law firm is looking to recruit a Real Estate Solicitor to join its expanding property team in Manchester.
The firm are renowned for putting individuals at the heart of its business strategy and the Real Estate Solicitor will join a team of dedicated solicitors advising clients within the education sector on all aspects of property transactions, leasehold matters and development projects.
The successful Real Estate Solicitor will have experience in all aspects of commercial property law including landlord and tenant, leases and development matters.
You will be an ambitious and results orientated individual with great organisational and time management skills.
The firm are keen to hear from Solicitors with the ability to take on responsibility at an early stage combined with being outgoing and confident.
Recently qualified Solicitor with a strong Real Estate seat as part of a training contract within another Top 100 law firm are encouraged to apply.
