OVERVIEW:
• Market Leading National Law Firm looking to recruit a Solicitor to manage a caseload of health and safety, criminal and inquests files
• The successful candidate will have up to around 5 years' PQE gained in a similar role within a private practice. Recently qualified Solicitors who have completed a seat in health and safety / regulatory work during their training contract are encouraged to apply.
• You will be a confident advocate and will be attending pre-inquest reviews and hearings at court, managing your own cases as well as assisting senior colleagues on complex files
• You will be able to demonstrate exceptional communication and influencing skills, managing multiple cases at any one time.
