PROBATE SOLICITOR:
This is as an excellent opportunity to take on a private client caseload in a friendly, close knit team. You will be responsible for matters relating to Wills and Probate, including preparation of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts including Personal Injury trusts, Court of Protection matters, Estate Planning and general Probate. The team is very stable and has an established, loyal network. Good technical abilities as well as strong client communication and sympathetic abilities are a must. You will be committed to teamwork and be willing to engage in business development and networking to help promote the firm and your department. In short, this represents a superb move for a Probate Solicitor seeking a long-term home and career progression.
