OVERVIEW:
• This is as an excellent opportunity to take on a private client caseload in a friendly, close knit team.
• You will be responsible for a varied case load of Wills and Probate matters including preparation of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts including Personal Injury trusts, Court of Protection matters, Estate Planning and general Probate.
• Applications are sought from Private Client Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 3 years PQE.
• Good technical abilities as well as strong client communication and sympathetic abilities are a must.
• You will be committed to teamwork and be willing to engage in business development and networking to help promote the firm and your department.
