EMPLOYMENT SOLICITOR:
To manage a caseload of contentious and non-contentious work, of varying degrees of complexity commensurate to the role, for commercial clients and individuals. To undertake business development and marketing for the position and wider firm. To carry out or undertake any management or administrative tasks as requested by the Divisional Head for the Department. Working closely with partners who are regarded as experts in their fields, you will find your career and personal skills develop exponentially under their guidance. You will be articulate with a high level of attention to detail. Organised and able to handle a busy and varied workload. Committed to a high level of client service. Proactive and tenacious, IT literate with experience of the Microsoft Office suite of applications including Word, Excel and Outlook. Must have the ability to interact effectively with others, both face to face and over the telephone, including an excellent telephone manner. Focused on achieving goals, adopting a proactive can do attitude. Use initiative, works creatively and solves problems. Highly motivated and willing to learn.
