THE ROLE:
Looking for a change? A fiercely sought-after position has become available for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a busy local firm in Greater Manchester The residential property team is currently working at full capacity and is in need of a Residential Conveyancer to deal with a varied caseload of residential property transactions. The appointed Conveyancer will deal with a varied case load to include but not limited to, sales and purchases, transfers of equity, equity release schemes and freehold and leasehold matters.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with at least 1 years’ experience in managing your own caseload of conveyancing transactions from instruction to post completion. You will be extremely organised, highly motivated and be able to communicate effectively at all levels.
